i dont know how much help i can be to my daughter other than being here for her, as she gets very angry at the moment
also her friends in school are telling her to stop i now you cant but these are ppl the same age as her they dont all know about mental health issues
so i told her the best thing is if she has to cut keep it out of view
her councillour told her to always use a clean sharp whatever and to have something to help stop the bleeding
not sure if any of us are doing this right
