However, as soon as they found out I am BP, they released me with the diagnosis of “conversion”. This means they think it was all mental. This diagnosis means that my anxiety manifested itself into physical symptoms like the out of control shaking of all my body. I do not understand this. I have never had such an experience except for one time where it was a side effect of my AP.
What do you guys think? Does this make sense to you? I do think it was my medication. However, I am feeling better now. So they may be right. I am going to force myself in to see my pdoc. This public facility does not allow a patient to see their pdoc in advance of their original appointment.

——you have had to deal w a lot of stressful issues lately. It’s hard to get meaningful advice here when we don’t know the whole story and ALL your symptoms. Same w the docs at the hospital. I would say cut stress as much as u can, prioritize problems or decisions, break them down, and deal w one thing at a time as much as possible. Use that nephew that you trust as your sounding board if possible. Can someone drive for you? If not barter something like computer help.
Facing my partners medical mystery, I switched myself and my partner to an internist who is a brilliant diagnostician-probably saved my friends husbands life.
My partner has serious physical problems and I have mixed bp. You need someone like that to coordinate your care because things are so complicated for us bps. The mind body connection is very strong. People can become sick w physical ailments due to stress. it is good you will be seeing a neurologist to screen for diseases causing the blackouts, shaking.
