169.5 this morning
2 cups of coffee cream and stevia
Lunch was 4 oz of rare grilled salmon and marinated, 2/3 cup of golden beets, 1/2 cup of collard greens, 2/3 cup of carrots.
Afternoon had another cup of coffee and 20 almonds.
Dinner was a piece of crab, bri, and asparagus quiche which was delicious! and fried mushrooms(I should not have eaten) and a piece of berry pie which was also delicious.
Can't remember when I had fried food last or a piece of pie. maybe it was thanksgiving.
I saw 6 clients today, which is unusual. I usually see 4 or 5 clients a day..
Tonight I went to planet fitness and walked on the tred mill
third time this week.=40min, 2mile, 7.5% incline, 3MPH, 324 calories but don't think those calorie counters are right as I held on, so I am sort of cheating.
I came home and ate some popcorn for only 100 calories.
It is very satisfying.
We watched 2 episodes of seinfeld. Love that show!
22 cups of fluids today. I keep a gallon in my car and sweeten it with stevia. It helps me stay full and not want to swing by and have a beer because I am full. 30 days alcohol free.
What ever works...right?
