Is it phycological or physiological? I do not think I actually have real low blood sugar but do grab food in a panic that I am going to pass out.
no I dont get low blood sugar problems (sweating, anxiety, extreme hunger, dizzyness, headache, blurred vision and heart palpations, feeling like I am going to pass out) before I dissociated neither before integration nor after...

that said I did and do get these same problems with my panic/ anxiety disorders, and also with my mania phase of my bipolar disorder...

I also get these symptoms with my MS.

my treatment providers call it a panic attack in me.

my dissociation symptoms are that I go numb/ unfeeling/ lacking emotions/ sometimes feel like I am sinking but not like Im going to pass out its more like riding an elevator downwards feeling or like the feeling of falling asleep...calm and lacking stress/ emotions.
