I have a new therapist now. A guy about my age. I see him on Monday.

I ended things with her over the phone. I wish I had gone into more detail with her. My mom said “just call her.” But since they closed my case, I feel like it would be a bad idea bordering on harrasment. Maybe I’ll see her around somewhere.

I do feel better today. I got a ton of sleep and I work this afternoon, but then I’m off for two days.
