I wonder if maybe the stress from this personal crisis has triggered an emotionally reactive state in you (??) I know that has happened to me before. I’m usually happy, but I suffered through a severe personal upset. It threw me into this dark place emotionally and I lost a lot of “friends” who were unwilling to stand by me. It was such a painful experience. I still have resentment deep down for the people who walked out on me while I was suffering [emoji21]
