Do you feel like you could find a way to talk to your T, to tell her how much you appreciate her, and that you worry sometimes that she disapproved of you seeing the psy. nurse? That might open the door to discussing these feelings in a way that might not feel threatening, to you or to her?
If she DID disapprove of you seeing the psy. nurse somewhat, does that have to mean to you that she disapproves of you, personally? I don't think it has to -- it may just be that she has different ideas about therapy, etc., etc. While still leaving it up to you to decide things.
Just a thought.
