I take 5 mgs of Abilify. My doctor tried to increase dosage and I ended up with ikithesia (restlessness). I think the best advice is to do what your pdoc suggested, to half the dosage. I know how horrible you feel I paged my doctor at night because the feelings were so bad and he sent me to a 24 hour pharmacy to pick up script for inderol to counteract the feeling. Don't hesitate to contact doctors they work for you. I really hope you are not experiencing this too much longer. I couldn't even stand it for a night.
