My sleep usually needs some help. I have "sleep anxiety" from C-PTSD. During the best times, I need help with sleep.
I am additionally challenged since the time change. I have not yet adjusted.
There is a lot more light here lately! It has an effect upon me. My sleep is more broken up in the middle of the night.
I am having some luck with temazepam. I take 15 mg and bedtime and another 15 mg. if I awaken and cannot sleep. I always note the time of a second dose, so I allow myself a full 7 hours before I drive, etc.
I have tried all kinds of sleep remedies for a lifetime.
There is zero chance of sleep if I don't feel I am in a totally safe environment, even with sleep meds. I am too PTSD'd out. I slept well when I had my German Shepherds.
