I don’t know about Depakote. I tried it, but I just didn’t feel right and had a headache with it. Lamactil - even worse, and worse headache. I like lithium a lot. I hope my kidneys hold up.

My regular doc is happy to prescribe Seroquel. He has patients that have no mental illnesses on it just for sleep. Maybe you can ask yours to call your psychiatrist about interaction with Depakote and if OK to give you enough until you can see the psychiatrist.
