So far from what I understand my doctor by law, had to report it to workers compensation. Then I had to report it, which I did yesterday. My general manager isn't in work until Monday so I'm sure I will hear about it then.
My doctor didn't say much to be honest, just gave me some medication for the pain and inflammation.

I would prefer to take the time off to get my life in order, working with 3 children alone while trying to pick up the pieces after my relationship broke down is proving to be overwhelming. I'm tired of taking pain medications to just try and get through my day and still function fully after work.
The job itself was just temporary to be able to provide for us while escaping the abuse, my plan is to attend secondary education this year or next. I worry that working on my wrist like this will break it down further so that when I do attend college and on to a career that it will make things harder.

My boss is extremely confrontational. After the last few meetings with him, I don't feel comfortable in discussing things with him at all. My social worker advised that I report him to the labour board as he outright cruel at times.
I don't think I would be so worried if he wasn't so impossible to talk to.

The last time we had a discussion, it was about him taking me off schedule. I had returned to work, my supervisor questioned why I was there, I showed her the schedule I had taken a photo with on my phone which showed I was in that day. The current schedule posted at work had been changed without a word being said! I blew it off as petty behaviour, the next week he called me into the office and asked if I thought I was being punished. I said I wasn't sure since it was odd I had been taken off the schedule, the day I had taken my son into hospital. He denied changing it, and I explained that I had gone into work and my supervisor had asked why I was there and showed me the new schedule. He then proceeded to call my supervisor in with me, accused her of lying, told her I had said that she had explained it all etc. It was the most awkward exchange, my supervisor was upset and thought I had been in the office telling tales etc.

That's just one of the many situations he has unfair, WCB absolutely angers him to the core as the company is the one who pays towards it...

Sorry for unloading. I just needed to vent as I am so anxious to go into work tomorrow to face him!!!!
