164.2 this morning. If that is a spike up, I am more than happy with it. High step count the last couple of days and plan to do the same today; I think that has something to do with the needle swinging down a little faster than I was expecting. The next bump up in calories may cone sooner than I was thinking, but I need to wait and see how weigh ins go during the week with less walking (Friday was an unusual weekday; I will usually get less than half that many steps).
EDIT - 12:30 and already at 8218 steps before lunch!
