My weight is 178 today. This time, my weight varies between scales up to one pound or more of a difference. Usually, all of my sales have pretty close to the same weight. So I am going with the scale I believe is more accurate. With clothes on, I would weigh 182. This is a big difference. Jeans make even a bigger difference. Boy, clothes and what is in the pockets can make a significant difference.
I had some pancakes for breakfast. I used more oil this time which boosted the calories. This allows the oil to bubble up and partially cook the other side before flipping them. This is kind of like frying the pancake. I will have two cups of a Trader Joe’s Kung Pao lunch. For dinner, I am thinkng of having two cups of creamy chicken with dumplings soup. Good stuff. The Campbells Chunky brand of soup. I will also treat myself to a cup of Hershey’s hot chocolate at my next door Circle K. I am going to walk there for the exersize. I do not know if I am ready to do another four mile walk, but maybe a two mile walk this time. This will add about 4,000 steps to my daily total. If I burn as much as 200 to 400 calories a day, depending how many miles I walk, staying around 2300 calories may still just maintain my weight.
