Do you mean you feel anxious, hated, when people criticize you, or do you mean you feel hated when people are just looking at you? Because feeling hated or judged in a negative light for no reason, is one of the symptoms of social anxiety. Not saying you have that but looking into how people cope and manage with social anxiety, could help you to overcome the feeling of being hated.

I do have social anxiety but it's not for no reason. I've been trying to get over it with coping skills. Maybe it will go away.
