If you don`t mind me asking , how long have you been on HRT ? , just curious .
Being trans I have always thought if I were to start HRT , I would just wait it out and see if nature could get it right !!
OK so you had top surgery OK , how long ago ? , did you allow time for proper healing so there would be minimum scare tissue ? As that might have altered your intended size.
Anyway , just that alone and your bodies conflict until you have bottom surgery , plus a large crowd of strangers , well that would give me a panic attack for sure.
Talk with your T about it , you are seeing a therapist right ?

I was not on HRT I just had my breasts enlarged (augmentation). I had worn forms full time prior was a b cup. My PS convincede to go larger to fill out my chest proportionality. I am pleased with the results, no issue there again perhaps a bit larger than I thought, there was about 3 mos. from the time of my surgery to the pool party. I have just started going to a therapist
