To OP: your post is full of positive details but you only notice the negative details. That to me isn't realism.

Example: You speak of your profession, and working at a workplace and then of some issues at the workplace.

The positives: You have a profession. You have a job and work at a workplace.

You neglect all these positives. This isn't realism.
