75 minutes relaxed walking outside. So beautiful!
Rested and ate a little snack.
15 minutes elliptical.
20 minutes walking indoors.
Rested for 20 and ate a little snack.
Bare class.
Yoga class.
Walked another half mile.
That's how I do it on Sundays. Fitbit says I'm at over 15k steps and 7.25 miles and burned over 2700 calories. I've eaten about half that. I'll eat more later.
