For brunch I had 3 scrambled eggs with a side of spinach and brocolli. Added some hot sauce to spice it up.
Then this afternoon I had an ounce of almonds smoked yum!
I saw 3 clients this afternoon, very nice people!
For dinner we Went to jasons deli, and had a sammie. smallish breakfast sandwich: ham and cheese and an egg with mayo and tomato.
It was delicious! And only $2.99.
I also ate one ginger bread muffin.
Hubby had a big salad and half a rueben sandwich.

Did some filing today and getting ready to send some bills.
I did not drink as much water as I wanted to. But drank a fair amount any way. maybe 10 cups. I see my pdoc on tuesday.
I am anxious to see what I weighed when I was there last time. Maybe 5 pounds lost.
