It is 2350 calories for me today. I took about 8,300 steps. Using a rule of thumb where there is about 2000 steps in walking a mile, I have walked about four miles. Using another rule of thumb where a person burns at least 100 calories per mile, I have burned at least 400 calories, and probably more since I walked at a brisk pace. I had pancakes, a chile rellenos home made with real chiles instead of green bell pepper, and TJs Kung Pao chicken. I had a less than the two cups I have stated on today’s menu. I am going to save the rest for tomorrow.
PS The problem I have is on my activity monitor, it says I accumulate 1300 steps today when I am just walking around the house. So I will put my monitor on just before I go outside. Then, the remaining error will be handled by walking a couple miles which will make the error a small part of the total. This should work.
