I know this is my first post. Thank you for taking the time to read this.

I was called into the owner/boss office Friday. I was accused of doing side work that was taking away from the company. This in not the first time this has happened bit this was the time I was told I was being shady about it. We work with computers so one of our main vendors had me download a special program to help develop our newest product. I spoke with the boss about it and kept him up to date all the way through. He was onboard with it. We have been working through the final phases of it and now he accused me of getting kick backs and being shady about what has been going on. I have not been asked or given any thing from any of our vendors. This has been weighting very heavy on me, I have helped grow this business from 3 employees to 10 employees. We started as a 1.5 million yearly to nearly 5 million. I have put in more hours than I would like to disclose even unpaid hours helping this place grow. But now.....I need some advice or something........
