Tonight At planet fitness=tred mill at mostly 10%incline, 51 minutes, 2.6 miles, heart rate 120's-130, most importantly, I SWEAT!!!!!this was the hardest session yet. I held on for the most part other wise would fall flat on my face. So I know that the calories burned number is false...fun to wish but I won't even mention it anymore. It is too late to have pop corn. And I think it was too late to go to the gym, maybe not. We will see how I sleep.
