Your Therapist is there to help you realise who and where you want and need to be. If what you are doing is a part of you that you think is destructive or in need of modifying, then you should definitely mention it in session. Your Therapist won't judge you...but will help you find strategies to change this behaviour if YOU feel it needs changing.
