I second getting a therapist. While individual therapy has never helped me much, I found group therapy very helpful and they never pressured me to share when I didn't feel comfortable talking. I also find getting a bit of exercise in during the day helps; I like yoga because you're active but its also calming. Find some coping skills like drawing or listening to music to help during the rough times, and develop a healthy daily routine to prevent some of the rough times. Sleep is really difficult for me because of PTSD, but I feel so much better when I get a full nights sleep so that's important. But yeah, therapy is a big one and your therapist can help you learn ways to cope.
