My weight is 178. I am still sore from the back-to-back days of walking long distances. So for today, I will take it easy. I will get some exersize. I started out with an odd combination for breakfast being the remaining part of that Kung a Pao dinner I made yesterday, and a banana. I need to start eating that ground turkey I have before it spoils. So I will have a turkey burger perhaps with refried Black beans.
