My and my therapist decided to stop Trauma focused CBT , because I feel that it helped me .
However I still feel depressed, but I don’t have Flashbacks, nightmares or intrusive thoughts.
I was in therapy a few years ago for my depression, trust me I tried most therapies for depression MDBT , CBT , DBT .
I am thinking of going on a medication but I don’t want to go on SSRI because I experience bad side effects .
Is there any advice you could give me?
