Has anyone ever have vision problems due to anxiety?

I failed my vision test renewing my drivers license and I saw my PDOC thinking it might be meds and he said it probably was anxiety. He wants me to take xanex 10 days before I go again and see if that works.

If that doesn't work, then I guess I'm off to the eye doctor.
