I hear voices at night and also see things. Visual and auditory hallucinations. I completely understand the frustration. Some nights the voices will be so annoying Im muttering “shut up just shut UP” to myself just- hoping maybe they WILL shut up.
What has helped me tbh is ear plugs and one of those sleep masks. Sort of... dimming my senses before I sleep.
Also. Meditation might be a good idea because I HAVE noticed mind are sometimes tied to stress.
