I hate that feeling! It is especially bad during mixed mania or anxiety. Do you think anything triggered this, or is there anything in particular making you feel anxious? Sometimes therapy has helped me when it comes to processing a lot of the stuff that continuously runs through my head. However, I understand how it feels when it is one big "mish mash" of racing thoughts that makes it especially hard to process.
Meditation for me helps in some instances, although impossible for me when I am at my worse. It helps to try though, if I don't set my expectations too high. Light exercise helps calm down the body a bit, and therefore, the mind.
