Same happened to me in Knoxville a few weeks ago on a Sunday evening when dinner-goers were catching cars back to the suburbs. But I’ve not noticed an issue in my town for random times, and when my friends and I go out, I don’t think we’ve ever had a problem.

I am surprised to hear that. I used it in major busy cities (both overseas and in the US) at all times and rate never changed. I didn’t take in the middle of the night so maybe that’s a difference? Did take it in the evenings. 100 would be understandable if going very far. No offense to Knoxville but it isn’t London. Crazy
