Here is yesterday’s food report. I weighed 178. I walked about 1,800 steps. I have had about 2300 calories. I think I will walk a couple miles. That should give me a extra 4,000 steps for today.
By the way, I have purchased a pie several days ago. I am waiting for my daughter to pick it up. For the most part, I have avoided eating any. When I did for two times, I had a half of a slice of pie each time. This is not bad. I am moderating my exposure to desserts.
