I just quit my therapist because she was unbearable. Nurse said he would find me a new therapist last week. Hasn't done so yet. Usually he does things right away. I don't know if he's mad at me or what. He was kind of nasty to me last week when I unloaded on him. And I told him that I was seeing a specialist at Johns Hopkins next month. Hopkins added dx of Asberger's last year which I'm unsure of. Talk therapy doesn't do anything for my agitation, irritability or anxiety. I'm spending more time on the computer than I want to. Thanks.
