Today I weigh 187. I think I am beginning to lose weight again. Even through I tried to keep my calories between 2100 and 2300, I have been burning up a significant amount of calories on my long walks. I walk pretty fast and try to keep my heart reate above 150. I have burned about 860 calories today so far. This only includes my walk, and not the normal steps taken such as within my small townhome. I have walked about 12,000 steps. It is probably more. Next tiime I will be accurate as I will jot down the step count for each activity. Even though each activity is recorded, as far as I know, the steps are not saved. The total calories burned for each activity is updating the exersize info on MFP. Nice! So this means I need to eat more calories in order to maintain my weight. Now MFP is tracking this for me.What this does is strengthen my legs and cardiovascular system, while maintaining my weight.
I am going to have to figure out how to increase my calorie intake without an expensive grocery bill. I will post totals in my evening. I am also keeping tract on the amount of water that I drink. I live in a dessert. I may make Sloppy Jores for dinner. Perhaps even a little slice of pie.

PS I found out the steps may come up with the PC version of the mobile app.
