Speckled trout for lunch with carrots and chard and squash. it was all very good.
almond and cheese and some left over salad from last night a few pieces of fruit strawberry and pineapple.
going to eat some pop corn when we watch seinfeld.
watched the last episode of the x-files, It was exciting.
