I have consumed about 2800 calories. This is because I have burned at least 700 calories walking. I have drank 48 ounces of water. My chart here is missing one activity which is where I burned off at least 200 and probably many more calories. My MFP does not include this in its calculations. As I mentioned in a previous post, I walked at least 12,000 steps and likely more.

As you will note on my chart, you will see the three activities recorded. I was monitoring only parts of my walk. So there is one more activity missing which logged the most calories burned. I will fix this for future walks. BTW an activity is one exersize of walking, or running, or other like reps with weights.

PS As a rule of thumb, each mile you walk amounts to about 2000 steps with 200 calories burned. I was power walking, so I will burn up more calories. The estimate by the app seems to support this, both steps taken and calories burned. So the calculations of these two values are probably in the ball park of being accurate.
