My highest heart rate was 162 bpm. So I consider this as a cardio exersize. I think it became this high because I pushed myself when being very out of shape. If I was in shape, I would have to work harder to get it up that high. I imagine I would then have to run the distance. I do not see myself doing this because of problems with my knees. Boy, am I tired.
