You have nothing to be ashamed of.
I assume that your gut feeling is correct about nothing having happened but if it did--these things have happened to so many back to the beginning of time. Our sexual impulses can be really strong and when we are young we are not comfortable with it. When you get in the right relationship (whether short or long term)--that will all change for you.
Is your sister older or younger? If she is older--something like this could have happened to her. These things are not uncommon for people who drink a lot and are in certain situations (like going to bars or being on Spring Break at a beach where drinking is allowed). It is normal for a woman to worry about this because a pregnancy can change her entire life. I am glad you are at least talking about it here.
I put myself in similiar situations in college. Looking back, I wish I had drunk less alcohol than I did.
