On January 22nd I went to the psych hospital due to strong suicidal thoughts and a lot of self-harm, I was just released today (January 31st) being in there 8 days I beleived it helped me quite a bit, the patients were nice.

Though near the 6th day kinda got rough through because the group therapists told me and the girl "friend" i had in there that has almost everything in common with me were told to avoid each other because the therapist though we would get "sexual" (cause we would talk to each other everyday and hang out in the living area) which made me real mad. Though at least I'm now home and I'm gonna check myself into a Partial Hospitalizatin Program because I'm still not out of the woods quite yet.
