I don't have any cardiovascular problems, so it is really fine for it to be up to 125, but I was hoping to drop it in the double digits. All that oatmeal and walking for 6 lousy points.
Kinda heavy on the snacks, but a lot of it is fruit and the sweets are small (Hershey's Nugget, fun size Twix and a whopping 32g of Reese's ice cream; 200 calories total between the 3). One of my kids got the Reese's ice cream a while back and didn't like it as much as he thought; it's super rich. But 32g at a time, it's a nice little treat.
@Tucson - thanks! You and @Cocosurviving are staying on top of it pretty well also. I am going to have to pay attention to the burn before long. I don't eat extra because of extra burn; it has just been a little bonus on the loss rate. But soon I will need to quit losing. I will let it drop below 160 before I try too hard to stop losing though.

Thank you. Taking your step counts, assuming a good pace, 6100 steps is about three miles. I am using a rule of thumb gained from some looking on the Internet. My activity monitor seems to support this. Anyway, depending how much effort you are placing into it, you can easily burn 600 calories this way, and probably even more.
I think the reason you lost so quickly for awhile there, you were cutting your calories to the bone, and expending a significant amount of calories when you walked. The effort that this must of taken! If I had ever attempted that, I would of felt faint much of the time. Your are incredibly disciplined. I can be this way sometimes, usually if I feel there is not any other option but to achieve a goal
