@Tuscon - I would have to enter it manually. That is one downside of the knock offs (versus real FitBits). Yeah, I probably need to start figuring it in or I will lose farther down than I want to. I am afraid of upping my calories too much because of gaining the weight back in the past.
7829 steps today. My watch estimates that is 3.50 miles. It may detect gait; I am 5'8", so I may take more steps per mile. 1703 calories. Still kind of snack heavy.
