I thought and thought and I just can't seem to find words right now to speak as eloquently as some of the others.. But i wanted you to know that I understand as I am having the same problems re:heart rate and blood pressure. It sucks. You do have to make some changes in your lifestyle, I know it all too well.

I am glad that you are taking care of you! I think you made the right choice, and I hope that I still see you around once in a while, you have been a good friend to me for the last.. goodness i think its been a couple of years now!
