167 this morning.
Last time I weighed this amount was may 2017.
So I had put on 18.5 pounds in 10 months time.
Most of that weight gain was from drinking fattening dark craft beers and the medication abilify.
We increased my meds and added naltrexone and I have finally been able to control my drinking for the most part and able to diet and lose weight.
What a blessing!
I am working Saturday, no complaints, love my job.
