I am 177 again. I will do a couple mile walk today. This should amount to about 200 to 250 calories burned up per mile. So I may eat a half of a slice of banana cream pie later today in an effort to help make up for this calorie defecit. I can always make a fruit smoothie.

@UpDownAround: Your in the same position I am in. I am concerned that if I am not careful, I will gain weight. Every time I think of the 235 pounds I used to weigh, this motivates me to not let any weight gain happen. At the same time, I I do not want to lose any weight either. Right now, I am a few pounds below where I would like to be. So this gives my some room to work with.

PS Whenever I walk, this thing vibrates on my wrist when my heart rate is too low. I think this is due to me having set a target bpm of 150. It sometimes can be irritating when I start out walking. Buzz buzz buzz. LOL
