Before medication it used to be anything between 4 to 14 hours depending on mood.

After Seroquel (400 mg): first two weeks an average of ten hours. After that it’s been between 8 and 9 hours. I do wake two or three times a night due to vivid dreaming, but I fall asleep again really fast. My sleep is really peaceful and I feel rested every morning. No hangover.

I really like being medicated most of the time. Every now and then I do miss being hyper and wonder if I’m getting dull. Lol, just feel so normal for the time being.
