My Dear Friends,

This will be short. I have been in excruciating pain and can't get my knees to bend so I can sit here at the desk. I haven't been able to wear shoes or even have regular socks touch my feet.

The rhuemy said the arthritis and fibro has taken over my body.
I am to get SimVisc like shots in my knees soon. The meds were held up because of the last huge snow storm. I am to go to the Podiatrist for my feet. She says the Pod may put shots in the
tops of my feet. I simply can't imagine it. Well, I can, and I'm horrified.

She told me I must prepare my schedule when I go to the store, so that I can sit for a couple days afterwards. I can't do that! She also said I need to ride a cart in the store. I was horrified and I yelled at her and told her, "I can't do that!". She asked what I thought the carts were for and I told her little old men and little old ladies who need them. It was not pretty.

She took Xrays of my feet. The Gastro told me if I need iron supplements because I'm anemic, I have to have it in IV infusions. Well, that set off another fire storm. I told my rhuemy, whom I really like, that they're all going to mess around and let me die. I'm sure she thinks I'm a nut. Maybe I am.

Anyway, I have gathered a little package together to mail to the grandchildren for Easter. It has taken me a year to get it all together because it includes little books and a tiny stuffed animal for each. I'm excited about that. I plan to mail it today. Then I hope to be able to take Miss Belle for a walk. She has been so good.

She had a little bit of a poo problem and a little got on her fur in a very private place. Well, I didn't know just what to do and so I got a wipe and turned her upside down like a real baby and moved her tail and wiped her. She didn't fuss or try to run away. She just stayed still for me. She is a good girl and she's very clean!

Think of us and send Belle lots of prayers and love on the 5th.
