I don't know about the zyprexa, but I'd guess combination of things. I'm sorry you're in such discomfort. I don't think I'm ever important enough to be followed by spirits but I have been fortunate enough to interact with them sometimes. I do believe them to walk amongst us though, because, after all, we are spiritual beings walking amongst ourselves. I simply choose to accept that I'm being monitored/recorded/influenced/etc and remind myself that I make my own choices regardless.
