There's this idea going around currently that vulnerability, and the ability to express it, is
good. I kinda think not. Vulnerability is dangerous. And I, like perhaps other clients, went into therapy not knowing how vulnerable I was, nor that therapy was not necessarily a safe place. I couldn't protect myself and the therapist didn't care. As things turned out, for me, in the end there was no ambiguity about that. Hope things work out better for you.
