I'm sick of waking up 50 times a night, and I'm sick of always havin a headache from not sleeping. 90% of my day is consumed by general crankiness.
Ive tried everything nonmedication wise anyone has suggested doing here and elsewhere on the web. Ive tried a handful of medications and none has made me sleep more than three hours other than the night I took a **** ton of meds and I have had doctors that would put me inpatient again if they knew about it. That night I slept 7 and I was NOT yelling at people or about to put holes in the wall the next day.
I just need some sleep!
