I'm so sorry. Sometimes, it just happens. I think it can just be brain chemistry changing or even life events affecting how well meds work. Your body can get used to the same dosage, and it becomes less effective. Sorry about you having to pay full price for a pdoc. So do I...our stupid so-called health insurance has a $7500 deductible, and the pdoc is $65 dollars a visit...ugh!

If I were you, I'd spend the money and try to fix it. Otherwise, without a doctor's supervision, you could make things worse.
