I hear ya on that computer addiction thing. It seem like time escapes in cyberland. Maybe setting a timer and sticking to it would be an idea.
You are doing so well on the weight loss. I haven't lost any weight. I know the reason is that I need to move more, and eat less. lol Springtime goals.
