I am new. Posted here a long time ago maybe. Second time back.
My psydoc writes BP II.
Hard to know. Like 25 years ago in my early 20s I took my first med, Prozac and had a manic episode. Then I was diagnosed BP I but maybe the meds caused it. I never had a full blown manic episode since but I have had a few hypomanic ones. My psychologists haven't seen any mania recently. I don't even know if I'm depressed. I have anxiety. I'm on the forums to learn how to deal with my utter exhaustion which I think is partially med induced.
